Sell Tickets OnlineMany people are considering the ticket broker business these days because of the flexibility that the ticket broker business provides. Some people want to start a ticket broker business, and other people want to get a ticket broker job.  I own a ticket broker business, so I decided to share some information that I have learned through the years on how to become a ticket broker.

Now there are many benefits and options that the ticket broker provides, and this article will discuss all the benefits of the ticket broker business.

Benefit #1:  The ability to work from home, or on the road.

Did you know that in the ticket broker business you don’ t have to have a traditional office.  That’s right!  As a ticket broker you can work from you car, you can work from your home, or you can even work on the road.  How is this possible?  Cell phones, email, Fed-Ex, wi-fi, laptops and more make all this possible.  The simple fact is that being in the ticket broker business can be a dream job for you!

Benefit #2:  Low overhead in the ticket broker business:

If you are in the ticket broker business you will not have to have a lot of overhead.  Your main expenses will be buying the tickets!  This is great because you don’t have to have lots of equipment, an office, payroll, benefits to employees, vehicles, and on and on the list goes.

Benefit #3:  You can set your own schedule in the ticket broker business.  That’s right.  You can work when you want to work in the ticket broker business.  You control your own schedule, and nobody can tell you when and where to work.

Benefit #4:  Being in the ticket broker business will allow you to work part-time or full-time.  Most of the time if you start a new business you have to work 24/7 getting it going.  Not so with the ticket broker business.  You can simply work the events when you want to work, and then when you don’t want to work you don’t have to work.  This is the lifestyle of being in the ticket broker business and is why I love it to this day!

Benefit #5:  You can network your way to other business opportunities and connections if you are in the ticket broker business.  Who doesn’t like good sports tickets, concert tickets, or event tickets?  Nobody! Being in the ticket broker business will allow you to be the go to guy (or girl) for businesses, parties, VIPs, other other important events and things.  Everyone will want you to hook them up, and this can lead to other favors and things taking place.  This is something that has helped me meet some very successful business people.

For example, say that you have season tickets to a sporting event.  However, you have a few games that you are unable to go to.  So you decide to try and sell the tickets on a website such as StubHub, eBay, Ticket Liquidator, or Tickets Now.  As you sell them you realize that in most instances you are able to sell them for more than the face value.  This is the secondary ticket market at work.
